1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using MCW VIP in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MCW VIP. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

MCW VIP reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 2 Eligibility

To register and use MCW VIP, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of MCW VIP or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from MCW VIP for any reason.

MCW VIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. MCW VIP takes age verification seriously and will not process withdrawals for accounts where age has not been confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one MCW VIP account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If MCW VIP identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MCW VIP will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact MCW VIP support immediately. MCW VIP is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

MCW VIP accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Payments

MCW VIP accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. MCW VIP does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods that are not registered in your name.

Deposits are generally credited to your MCW VIP account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In some cases, deposits may be subject to a short processing delay. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact MCW VIP support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳20
• All deposits are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees.
• MCW VIP does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

MCW VIP reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not a reflection on any individual player. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a hold on your account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from MCW VIP are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted in certain circumstances, subject to additional verification.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission.
• You must have a verified account before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are only available for funds that have been genuinely wagered and are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements.
• MCW VIP reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name.

If MCW VIP has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation. MCW VIP will communicate with you through your registered contact details if this occurs.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

MCW VIP offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus on MCW VIP, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• MCW VIP reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. MCW VIP monitors bonus activity closely and takes action where abuse is identified.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

MCW VIP is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games on the platform use certified random number generators or live dealer streams that cannot be manipulated. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on MCW VIP:

• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with games or the platform in any way.

MCW VIP monitors all activity on the platform. If prohibited conduct is detected, MCW VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit any balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

MCW VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against MCW VIP.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

You may request the closure of your own MCW VIP account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please let the support team know so that appropriate measures can be applied.
